Set within the Esalen hot springs canyon, a secluded and private area of the property, the journey unfolds through a series of intentional invitations designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
Blending ceremonial nature connection, guided meditation, sound healing, and reflective inquiry, this experience supports you in releasing stress, gaining perspective, and opening to your most authentic path forward.

As a certified Wayfinder life coach, I support you in navigating life’s transitions, finding clarity, and reconnecting with the deeper wisdom that knows your way forward.
Together, we explore the beliefs, patterns, and inner obstacles that may be keeping you from living as your most authentic and liberated self. Drawing on mindfulness, somatic practices, and intuitive inquiry, my coaching offers a grounded and compassionate space to listen inward, shift what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what feels most true.
My intention is to help you move with greater clarity, courage, and trust—expanding your capacity for love, creativity, and aliveness as you bring more fully into being the life that is uniquely yours.

Conscious Movement
Move with the rhythms of the earth in a facilitated conscious movement practice that invites you into deeper connection with your body, your inner wisdom, and the wholeness within.
Inspired by my experiences at Esalen Institute, my movement offerings create a safe and sacred collective container for an intimate, embodied journey inward. Through dance, breath, rhythm, and presence, we soften what is held, release energetic blockages, and awaken the soul’s memory of our healed states.
Dancing in the Luminous Void is a shamanic movement ceremony in the dark—a journey inward through movement and music, where dance becomes a moving prayer and a portal to wholeness.
